Life and Liberty PAC is a non-connected, non-party political action committee, duly registered with the Federal Election Commission, and qualifying for authorization as a multicandidate committee. Life and Liberty PAC may solicit contributions from the general public. Corporate and foreign contributions are prohibited. Donations are limited under federal law to $5,000 per year per individual, and are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to collect and report the name, address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a campaign cycle. Contributions by foreign nationals are prohibited. Corporate contributions are prohibited. Political contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
