A record fifty-eight percent of Americans would VOTE TO REPEAL OBAMACARE if given the chance.

The same poll also reveals 28 percent of Americans say they are WORSE OFF, thanks to ObamaCare!

According to a December Fox News poll:

Americans were lied to about the law, people are most likely to think President Obama (37 percent) or his administration (16 percent) is responsible for that. Another 32 percent blame Congress and 15 percent are unsure.

By a narrow 49-43 percent margin, voters think Gruber's comments prove the administration intentionally lied about the law. That includes 26 percent of Democrats. Twice as many independents (54 percent) and nearly three times as many Republicans (72 percent) believe Gruber's comments prove the White House lied.

This poll was released AHEAD of House Speaker John Boehner's ObamaCare funding ROLLOVER when Boehner opted to work with Queen Pass-It-To-Find-Out-What's-In-It Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barack Obama.

Right now Big Insurance is set to use the looming penalty deadline as a marketing ploy.

The Hill reports one mass mailer from CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield going out in the Washington, D.C., metro-area hoping to use Obama's mandatory coverage penalty/tax to get new customers:

"When you don't have health insurance … you put your financial security at risk," the mailer states. "That's because under the new Affordable Care Act legislation, millions of Americans will have to pay an increased penalty tax of at least 2 percent of their income in 2015 if they go uninsured."

The "good news," the letter said, is that CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield has "solutions" to help people avoid the penalty, including coverage that is "compatible with financial assistance or free money from the government that will help qualifying individuals pay for insurance."

For Big Insurance, it's a WIN-WIN.

ObamaCare cattle cars in customers with its mandatory coverage penalties/taxes, and then Big Government cuts them a BIG FAT CHECK with our taxpayer dollars!

U.S. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is conspicuously admitting all over big media that passing ObamaCare in 2009 was a political MISTAKE for his party.

Schumer, who was a HUGE advocate of ObamaCare at the time of passage in the Congress, now says that instead the Democrats should have focused on crafting economic policy and jobs help for working Americans and the middle class.

"Democrats blew the opportunity the American people gave them," Schumer says. "We took their mandate and put all our focus on the wrong problem – healthcare reform."

According to an ObamaCare insurers' survey conducted by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, this Obama administration is expected to PAY $725 MILLION in net payments during 2015 TO BAIL OUT HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES as part of the illegal risk corridor program in 2015.

Increased reinsurance payments will account for another $275 MILLION.

This will be paid with YOUR taxpayer dollars despite Congress NEVER specifically authorizing it according to long-standing federal rules stipulating that Congress must properly authorize the payment – which includes specifying the amount, who is getting paid and where the money is coming from… shocking no one, OBAMA DOESN'T CARE and is planning to make the illicit payments anyway!

According to the latest Gallup poll, ObamaCare has reached a "new numerical low" with just 37 percent of Americans polled between Nov. 6-8 approving of the healthcare nightmare.

The Weekly Standard's Jeffrey Anderson explains one successful strategy Mitch McConnell as Senate Majority Leader could undertake to REPEAL OBAMACARE:

By fully repealing ObamaCare in the budget resolution during the upcoming spring, Republicans will have 6 months to build the case and embarrass the president at a time when he will be forced to administratively repeal parts of the law anyway. And unlike with Harry Reid in charge, they will have the ability to slam 12 separate budget bills on Obama's desk instead of rolling up funding for the entire government in one bill. In a shattering blow to the OCare government takeover of our healthcare system, with its leviathan bureaucracy-in-the-making, America's rule of law that dictates equal justice for all (not just special classes of citizens) ACTUALLY PREVAILED.

The Court has heard an appeal to a 4th Circuit decision, King v. Burwell this session. In that decision, the Court ruled against the plaintiffs and in favor of the government. The case was appealed to the Supreme Court by the plaintiffs in July and a decision in the case should be issued by next summer.

The substantive issue in the case is federal subsidies for people buying insurance on an exchange. According to the explicit wording of the ObamaCare law, these subsidies are ONLY available in states that set up a state-based exchange. Plaintiffs argue that the 36 states that use the federal exchange may not disburse federal subsidies. Yet the Obama administration is doling out subsidies to ALL states, in defiance of the plain language and expressed purpose of the bill's architects to provide federal subsidies to the states ONLY as an incentive for establishing their own exchanges.

Finally, in a little noticed footnote of its latest report on ObamaCare, the CBO (Congressional Budget Office) said ObamaCare is in such market and implementation disarray, it is "no longer possible" to assess the overall fiscal impact of the law.

We have NO IDEA what OCare costs, but it's damaging enough that now Congress' official "budget scorekeepers" have absolutely NO INTENTION of trying to figure it out!

The Los Angeles Times recently reported on the ObamaCare "risk corridor" program, which allows the Department of Health and Human Services to spend BILLIONS of your taxpayer dollars to SUBSIDIZE Big Insurance companies and keep healthcare premiums – like those that are being issued RIGHT NOW – artificially low.

DHHS officials say this is nothing new… that the provisions were part of the routine re-writing of the law since it was passed in 2010.

They are not.

The "risk corridor" program was created back in 2010, but the regulations issued on May 16 of this year by Obama – NOT Congress – are NEW to the law. The only "routine" thing about these new provisions is that they are among MANY post-facto ObamaCare "rule changes" by the Executive Branch that amount to unconstitutional lawmaking by an increasing tyrannical Obama.

The risk corridor program was to be run in "budget neutral fashion." Meaning, insurance companies could only task as much money out of the ObamaCare program as other companies claiming profits were putting in… there was a cap – or if you prefer, a bottom.

With the illicit May 16th regulation, it's a bottomless pit to the tune of billions of taxpayer dollars. The insurance companies can take as much as they want in exchange for keeping those subsidized ObamaCare premiums artificially low, low, low.

• REPEAL Section 1342, the "risk corridor" provision, mandates a major taxpayer-funded bailout covering up to 80 percent of insurance company losses.

Obama is doing an end-run around Congress with "risk corridor regulations" that are illicit lawmaking, because these two provisions are Obama's only safeguards written into the ACA against the ObamaCare MARKET-BASED "death spiral" where unrealistic healthcare coverage for an unbalanced patient pool results in insolvency and the default of insurance companies.

THESE PROVISIONS NEED TO GO.

It is clear that the Obama administration is DESPERATE to conceal and compensate for the skyrocketing costs of ILLEGALLY SUBSIDIZED OCare premiums – especially given the financial reality of most American households. The Obama faction cares NOTHING for the distinction between TELLING THE TRUTH and LYING, and NOTHING for the Constitution's separation of powers! YET, it is equally clear that most Republican Party "leaders" are weak and compromised, and ready to let Obama and the Democrats get away with it!

THEY ARE SQUANDERING THE OBAMACARE ISSUE, AND LETTING IT SLIP AWAY, BY OFFERING NO GOP CONSENSUS, POSITIVE MARKET SUBSTITUTE!

YOU MUST NOT LET THIS HAPPEN. Demand Congress enact H.R. 3812, the No Bailouts for Insurance Companies Act of 2014 – AND bring forward the Republican legislative replacement to REPEALING ObamaCare and actually REFORMING the problems in healthcare ObamaCare was supposed to and failed so spectacularly to address!

Insist if they want YOUR support for their battles in the 114th Congress and in 2016 they MUST KILL OBAMACARE!

TELL THE REPUBLICANS – REPEAL, REPEAL, REPEAL! REFORM, REPLACE, REFORM!

We MUST continue to advocate for defund, rescind and repeal vote schedules. ONLY THEN will state insurance commissioners and the insurance industry understand they need to respond NOW to consumers with the expectation that ObamaCare WILL be repealed in 2015 by a new Republican Congress COMMITTED TO FULL REPEAL when we TAKE the Senate majority and Obama is boxed in by both chambers!

The only way out of this mess is for REAL Republican leaders to STEP UP and quit playing these ObamaCare "live with it" and "fix it" games. We need to demand a FULL REPEAL of ObamaCare, not settle for anything less that only delivers election year advantage to Obama-ites while abandoning the American people.

ObamaCare is anti-liberty. It is unworkable. It is unjust. The GOP MUST stop rescuing it. We MUST hold our ground and DEMAND its demise. America CAN and WILL do better. REPEAL, REPEAL, REPEAL!

With the discontent of the American electorate reaching crisis proportions, we have HUGE leverage to DEMAND the Republican majority Congress DELIVER on repealing ObamaCare and replacing it with TRUE market reforms of our healthcare sector.
