Feinstein could NOT get accountability from John Brennan and the Obama CIA, so she took the almost unprecedented step of calling out the agency publicly in the Senate chambers. "I have grave concerns that the CIA's search may well have violated the separation of powers principles embodied in the United States Constitution," Feinstein said on the Senate floor.

Clearly, national intelligence under Obama is now HIGHLY partisan, HIGHLY politicized "During my tenure, 2004, 2005, all the leaks, enhanced interrogations, renditions, the NSA program revealed over a period of time. I'm not sure where they all came from, but they obviously politicized national security. It hurt national security, it hurt our effort to fight terrorism. It became very, very politicized."

And as Hoekstra said, this is just ONE MORE EXAMPLE of an Executive Branch now run completely amok…

Reining Obama in is not an easy task. Even conservative fighter Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) is telling us that while there is no doubt Barack Obama is violating the Constitution's specific separation of powers, there is little we cn do to stop Obama's decree-making, short of the constitutional remedy!

In addition to the recent delay AGAIN of the employer mandate until AFTER mid-terms and the 2016 elections, the Obama administration NOW has unilaterally changed the law with an extension – by fiat – to let 4.7 million Americans keep their cancelled pre-ObamaCare individual market health insurance policies for THREE YEARS, through 2017…

Even if policies are not compliant with the Affordable Care Act mandates, companies would be able to continue to offer them to those already covered, until as late as January 2018. This is nothing less than VOTE-BUYING!

Record numbers – some 26 million – of Americans are already unemployed, under-employed or out of the workforce altogether.

But that's not stopping Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid from HAPPY TALK about the Congressional Budget Office's DISASTROUS report that projects an additional ObamaCare 2.3 MILLION JOB LOSS by 2021. Dirty Harry, maybe better described as Daffy Harry Reid, has chosen to cast the ObamaCare jobs massacre as a "VICTORY FOR 'FREE AGENCY'":

"We have the CBO report, which rightfully says, that people shouldn't have job lock. If they – we live in a country where there should be free agency. People can do what they want. And what they're saying here is – and the fact checkers have already done this – the Republicans talk about losing millions of jobs simply isn't true. It allows people to get out of a job they're locked into, because of – they have healthcare in their job."

"So my caucus is right on track to understand this. The CBO report is far better for us than it's not. Republicans should get away from repeal and start talking about some constructive ways to handle the issues that they're concerned about."

These APPALLING "talking points" have been elaborated by Crazy Uncle Joe Biden (and others on the Obama Left) in more happy talk about "escaping 'job lock'" in babble which extols the joys of joblessness and the freedom of unemployment subsidized by government handouts…

Harry Reid is saying how great it is that ObamaCare unemployment is "freeing" us from our employer-provided healthcare coverage – making us 'free agents'!

"CBO estimates that the ACA will reduce the total number of hours worked, on net, by about 1.5 to 2 percent during the period from 2017 to 2024, almost entirely because workers will choose to supply less labor–given the new taxes and other incentives they will face and the financial benefits some will receive," said the report.

"The reduction in CBO's projections of hours worked represents a decline in the number of full-time-equivalent workers of about 2.0 million in 2017, rising to about 2.5 million in 2024."

Obama must not get away with hiding behind Reid's insulting 'Free Agency' lies that pretend ObamaCare somehow doesn't 'force' people out of their jobs but that instead it 'enables' people to 'choose' whether or not to work full-time – or work at all!

During a recent House Judiciary Committee hearing on "The President's Constitutional Duty to Faithfully Execute the Laws," Obama's Executive Branch usurpations of Congress and violations of the separation of powers had his OWN supporters waving red flags of constitutional concern. Rep. Trey Gowdy asked (paraphrased): How far can Obama go? What's the limiting principle when Obama violates the rule of law or changes the law at a whim and with no regard for Congress or the Constitution?

"I really have great trepidation over where we are headed," George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley replied. "We are creating a new system here. . . . The center of gravity is shifting, and that makes it unstable. Within that system you have a rise of an uber-presidency. There could be no greater danger for individual liberty. And I really think that the Framers would be horrified by that shift."

Turley early in his remarks specifically testified that, as someone who testified at the Clinton impeachment, and while he did not view such a measure as warranted in Obama's case "given the ambiguity of past decisions…"

Turley nevertheless responded to Rep. Gowdy's question not that there's no limit, but there appears no way of enforcing impeachment remedy.

Turley later called our current state the "most serious constitutional crisis, I believe, in my lifetime."

You might very well get a bipartisan group of federal judges to agree with Turley that Obama's over the line. But they can't issue that ruling without first hearing the case, and the vagaries of the law on standing to sue are such that often there's no one who's legally empowered to bring that challenge. The most productive thing that could come out of this hearing, I think, is an effort in Congress to expand standing for challenges to executive power.

He recommends a "judiciary referee" of some sort.

WE SAY Congress could stop Barack Obama from going any further by starting IMPEACHMENT proceedings TODAY, before we're too far gone as a Republic to save our nation from ruin.
