Tom Coburn, who is fighting cancer and can no longer see his oncologist under his shrinking insurance coverage, forcing him to pay out-of-pocket to stay with his top specialist, an alternative many working or retired folks simply cannot afford.

But NOTHING stops Barack and Michelle from peddling their shameless ObamaCare lies ahead of the 2014 elections.

Not long ago, Michelle sent a shameless fundraising email appeal to supporters ahead of the State of the Union address LYING about ObamaCare and asking for $10 donations to "protect" the failed legislation by ensuring Democrat victories in 2014:

Then, in his SOTU address, Obama blatantly LIED and LIED some more about how his government health care takeover is "all about peace of mind" for the ill, lied about how many Americans are covered under ObamaCare, lied about its cost and its popularity. Michelle forgot to mention how in California, fewer than one-third of those who lost insurance have "regained" insurance – a trend we're seeing across America. Nor did she mention how many of those "re-insured" were simply transferred over to the bureaucratic, overwhelmed Medicaid system or forced to PAY MORE for ObamaCare-conforming insurance coverage!

She also didn't mention that it is "young Americans" like our newborns, toddlers, pre-teens and teenagers – NOT 18 to 26 year old college students – are being BLOCKED from coverage on their parents' health insurance plans and being likewise forced into the Medicaid system whether their parents want it or not,and completely irrespective of whether their pediatricians or family doctors even accept Medicaid patients!

Then again, toddlers can't vote… and liberal-indoctrinated college students can.

The Washington DC Republican Senate minority have FINALLY pulled themselves together enough to offer a proposed alternative to ObamaCare based on free market principles and INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS – not the whims of the nanny-state. But that's it. Will the spineless Mitch McConnell DEPLOY this initiative in any way?

CompleteColorado.com obtained emails showing the office of U.S. Senator Mark Udall (D-CO) contorting themselves with word games – in this case, changing the definition of "cancellation" – in a desperate ploy to reduce the count of Coloradoans stripped of their pre-ObamaCare health insurance.

From an email inside the Colorado Division of Insurance (DOI), Director of External Affairs Jo Donlin bluntly stated to her colleagues:

Sen. Udall says our numbers were wrong. They are not wrong. Cancellation notices affected 249,199 people. They want to trash our numbers. I'm holding strong while we get more details. Many have already done early renewals. Regardless, they received cancellation notices.

Donlin's email was sent November 14.

The UNAFFORDABLE "coverage" of a million Americans who have "signed up" in a frantic surge on HealthCare.gov now that the front end of the hapless site appears to be more or less working tells us little about how many are actually qualifying for insurance versus how many are Medicaid recipients.

It also tells us nothing about net gains of Americans previously uninsured now covered, as we do not know how many of these sign ups come from the pool of the 6 million who lost coverage thanks to ObamaCare. Of course, there are also the profound problems of the uncounted others losing their doctors and access to first-class hospital care under the new ObamaCare regime – all of which is proving NOT ACCEPTABLE to Americans.

They must not get away with it.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama has called out the "Affordable Care Act Fees and Taxes" as a separate line item, with one customer "enjoying" heavy government subsidy still paying an extra $277.68 in Ocare fees in 2014… which still raises the monthly premium from $322.26 to $345.50 for that individual.

The new taxes and fees include:

• A 2% levy on every health plan (to net $8 billion for the government cesspool in 2014
• $2 fee per policy to go into a new medical-research slush fund called the "Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute"
• A 3.5% user fee insurers pay to sell medical plans on HealthCare.gov to go toward federal subsidies
• A 2.3% medical-device tax on necessary items such as pacemakers, stents, prosthetic limbs, etc., which will spill over to inflate orthodontist and veterinarian bills
• A higher threshold (increased from 7.5 percent to 10 percent of annual income) for Americans to claim health expense deductions forking about $15 billion over to Uncle Sam in the next 10 years
• A 0.9% Medicare surtax in addition to the 1.45% Medicare payroll tax for individuals earning more than $200,000 and families earning more than $250,000
• An extra 3.8% Medicare tax on unearned income, such as investment dividends, rental income and capital gains

Meanwhile, as we're being nickeled, dimed and dollared to death to subsidize the "Affordable" Care Act… it is STILL not enough to pay for this sinkhole. Washington Examiner reporter Byron York is already hedging his bets telling Fox News that insurance company bailouts "absolutely will happen" under ObamaCare as early as 2014, with the government funding lifeline already conveniently "built into the law" via "risk corridors."

Even as Harry Reid and most of his troops continue to roll down the ruinous ObamacCare line, Democrat Senate incumbents up for reelection are scrambling to jump OFF THE TRACKS.

Why?

Because they are PLUMMETING in the polls just like Obama himself!

Obama's poll numbers going into the State of the Union were awful. 71% of Americans polled expressed dissatisfaction with the U.S. economy. ObamaCare is still despised by a majority of the public, and a majority do not approve of the job Obama is doing in the Oval Office.

Gallup's November weekly job approval average for Obama reflects several days when the three-day rolling average – reported daily on Gallup.com – hit a near-record-low 39%. Obama's job approval rating averaged 41% in November, down 12 percentage points from 53% last December, his high-water mark since his first year in office. Approval among Hispanics has dropped 23 points over the last 12 months, the most among major subgroups, and nearly twice the national average. His approval rating also showed greater than average declines among low-income Americans, nonwhites, moderates, and moderates who identify with or lean toward the Democrat Party.

We must make sure there is no getting away from ObamaCare for the Democrats who OWN this destructive legislation and all the harm it is doing to Americans and to the economy…

Because if they aren't made to pay the political price for their perfidy against the nation, who knows what will be their next act of treachery?

For example, Democrat Mary Landrieu of Louisiana is working hard to hide HER role in telling Louisianans that if they liked their pre-ObamaCare health insurance they could keep it. She's now trying to say SHE didn't lie, it was all Obama and she was just an innocent bystander.

But that is a LIE – the whole Congress was given the actuarials and analysis of the MASSIVE insurance cancellations coming under the law mandates, and knowing what was coming the Democrats and mainstream media ALL gave Obama a pass, as Landrieu helped take the lead in rallying support and forcing ObamaCare through the Senate!

In Arkansas, Sen. Mark Pryor is playing the repentant evangelical in ads as a means of seeking voter forgiveness for voting and fighting FOR HATED OBAMACARE.

A new survey by respected Republican pollster Kellyanne Conway shared exclusively with POLITICO reveals Pryor is trailing behind his Republican challenger Rep. Tom Cotton by SEVEN POINTS, or 48 to 41 percent.

Equally alarming for Pryor, constitutional conservative Tom Cotton is ahead among independents by 21 points and among women by 4 points!

The same survey reveals 62 percent of those polled have an unfavorable view of ObamaCare – 56 percent of them strongly so.

A Rothenberg political report analyst recommends that Democrats "open their minds" to the likelihood of another "midterm elections mess" like they experienced in 2010.

YET THE GUTLESS GOP ESTABLISHMENT IS SEEKING TO FUND OBAMACARE IN THE NEW RYAN-MURRAY BUDGET BETRAYAL, NOT JUST FOR 2014 BUT CLEAR THROUGH 2016!

Well, thanks to the appalling Obama economy and NO JOBS, those 26 year olds are living at home with no work and no income and NEED this kind of handout from their parents – and they are NOT happy about it!

Why do Democrats CELEBRATE dependency?

As recent polls show, healthy, young adults – that's the vast majority of them – are more concerned about JOBS to pay off their student loans and move out of their parents' basements than they are eager to be forced to buy something that they don't necessarily need and that their parents are increasing unable to afford themselves as ObamaCare rumbles into full throttle.

In fact, a devastating poll released on Dec. 4 by Harvard University's Institute of Politics reveals that more than half of 18- to 29-year-olds – the Democrats' key demographic – DISAPPROVE OF OBAMACARE.

Less than one-third of these "young invincibles" plan on enrolling in ObamaCare coverage, a trend that by all accounts will create a "death spiral" of unsustainably high premiums for Obama's brand of "affordable" healthcare.

The poll numbers themselves emphasize why it is critical that the GOP unite NOW against ObamaCare – not fix it, not fund it and certainly not let Obama delay it's effects until AFTER the 2014 elections.

ObamaCare and the millions more Americans expected to lose healthcare coverage are awakening to the reality of losing their liberty under government-run "healthcare" – and this is the key to our 2014 victory. But it's up to us to stop the inevitable sabotage by Democrat AND Republican Establishment leadership by drawing the battle lines now.
