URGENT ALERT: Though it received but a blip in news coverage, a federal judge ruled before Thanksgiving that Holder cannot appeal his contempt citation from Congress (over refusing to disclose Fast and Furious scandal documents).

This means that the Justice Department will likely have to produce a detailed accounting of ALL the documents it has withheld from congressional investigators, along with an EXPLANATION as to why this was done.

Just as we were applauding the House GOP for finally moving forward to impeach corrupt liar U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, everything has STALLED as Congress prepares for a lengthy, taxpayer dollar-funded holiday vacation – and we have to ask if this was queued up "just for show."

Remember, it took MONTHS after trying to work through the nefarious Obama Department of Justice and a YEAR after Holder was first held in contempt of Congress for stonewalling for several House Members to even file a resolution to impeach.

We WILL NOT allow our momentum to falter now! We intend to mobilize furious advocacy to IMPEACH Eric Holder and NEVER relent.

U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry is DEAD and Eric Holder WILL be held accountable.

"The pattern of disregard for the rule of law and refusal to be forthright has only continued," said Rep. Pete Olson (R-TX) in a statement issued Thursday. "The American people deserve answers and accountability. If the attorney general refuses to provide answers, then Congress must take action."

Olson's cosponsors for the impeachment resolution against Holder, H.R. 411, are Reps. Larry Buschon, (R-IN), Blake Farenthold, (R-TX), David Roe, (R-TN), Randy Weber, (R-TX), Lynn Westmoreland, (R-GA), Roger Williams, (R-TX), Ted Yoho, (R-FL)., Louie Gohmert, (R-TX), Michele Bachmann, (R-MN), Bill Flores, (R-TX), Mark Amodei, (R-NV), Jim Bridenstine, (R-OK), Scott DesJarlais, (R-TN), Jeff Duncan, (R-SC), Duncan Hunter, (R-CA), Sam Johnson, (R-TX), Steve Stockman, (R-TX), Mike Conaway, (R-TX) and Thomas Massie, (R-KY).

… BUT HOUSE SPEAKER JOHN BOEHNER SO FAR REFUSES TO COMMENT!

Instead, Boehner refers us to the House Judiciary Committee where this resolution now resides. Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) likewise refuses to comment on impeachment, preferring a "measured" response from the Committee in "calling on Holder to resign"… LIKE THAT WILL EVER HAPPEN!

Holder has repeatedly, systematically deceived Congress and the American people. He has made a joke of our "justice" system, debasing it from "equality for all" into one where ideology and racialist agenda drive application of the law.

Politically-sensitive crimes are covered up; clear-cut cases of voter intimidation are dropped because the skin color of the plaintiffs' and the defendants do not match this administration's playbook; federal laws are not enforced; power is abused under color of authority.

"For nearly five years, Attorney General Holder has systematically deceived Congress and destroyed the credibility of the Justice Department in the eyes of the American people," Olson said in a statement to WND.

"During his tenure, Mr. Holder refused to cooperate with a congressional investigation into Operation Fast and Furious and the resulting death of a Border Patrol agent, refused to prosecute IRS officials who unlawfully disclosed private tax records to third party groups, and misled Congress about his involvement in the investigation of a journalist," Rep. Olson elaborated.

Olson's formal complaint against federal "top cop" Eric Holder is divided into four impeachment articles:

1. Refusal "to comply with a subpoena issued by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on Oct. 12, 20011, in connection with a legitimate congressional investigation into Operation Fast and Furious … that put thousands of illegally purchased weapons into the hands of cartel leaders." This resulted in the death of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry on Dec. 14, 2010, among other victims on both sides of the border.

2. Refusal to enforce federal law, including the Defense of Marriage Act and the Controlled Substances Act, the latter specifically in the case of federal laws against marijuana in states that have voted to make it legal irrespective of federal statutes.

3. Refusal to prosecute those involved in the Internal Revenue Service targeting of conservatives, Tea Partiers and Christians and its unauthorized disclosure of tax records of political donors.

4. "Misleading" statements to Congress made during Holder's appearance before the House Judiciary Committee for the annual Justice Department oversight hearing. Olson highlights Holder's obvious lies under oath in regard to the abuse of the Espionage Act to persecute and prosecute members of the conservative media.

As WND points out, these charges do not include Holder's ongoing investigation of AQUITTED neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman, Holder's mortgage fraud lies, the DOJ legal assault on Arizona for trying to enforce federal immigration laws Obama and Holder have chosen to ignore, similar DOJ attacks on states implementing voter ID laws, as well as Holder's failure to prosecute the notorious New Black Panther voter intimidation case in Philadelphia from 2008. To name but a few.

As Holder as already made clear: HE WILL NOT RESIGN.

Congress MUST INDICT AND IMPEACH and MUST NOT offer Holder ANY deals to wriggle out of being held accountable – because it looks like Holder AND Obama may be guilty of FELONIES and MUST BE IMPEACHED if justice is to be done!
